2. Creation of Solar Simulations
2.1 The application provides tools for creating simulations of solar installations using products from SoLink s.r.l.
2.2 All generated simulations are indicative and do not constitute professional assessments. It is recommended to consult a professional for detailed evaluations.
3. User Responsibility
3.1 The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the creation of simulations.
3.2 SoLink s.r.l. is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of simulations or inaccurate information entered by the user.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 SoLink s.r.l. holds the rights to the website, the graphic editor for simulation creation, and the solar installation simulation.
4.2 The user may not reproduce, distribute, or use the contents of the application for commercial purposes without authorization.
5. Changes and Interruptions
5.1 SoLink s.r.l. reserves the right to make changes to services, including simulation tools, without notice.
5.2 SoLink s.r.l. is not responsible for any service interruptions due to technical or maintenance issues.

7. Binding to Google Terms of Service

9.2 The user agrees that simulations must not be used to request quotes or consultations from other companies or entities.
9.3 The use of simulations generated for commercial or competitive purposes involving products not provided by SoLink s.r.l. is prohibited.
9.4 SoLink reserves the right to take legal action in case of violation of this clause.
